About The Position
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1st shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Phoenix AZ team! Experience with On-site for a light industrial facility required. Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Mandatory OT. Seasonal Position If you live in or near Phoenix, AZ we offer: Salary Range $41,500 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience This is a Seasonal position - September 2026 - January 2027. Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Supervisory experience required
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a production facility Required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- This is NOT a remote position
