About The Position
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 3rd shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Perth Amboy, NJ team! Will be working Onsite at the client site in Keasbey, NJ. Shift is 11am-7pm. Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing
- Recruiting for a production facility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English

Benefits
- Base Pay Range $23.00 - 28.00 depending on experience
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
