Tidio is a customer service platform that aligns AI and people, enabling businesses to scale without losing trust or the human touch. This role will focus on growing Tidio’s partner revenue by acquiring new agency and technology partners, strengthening existing relationships, and representing Tidio at key events across the region. You'll play a critical role in scaling one of our most important growth channels and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our European partnership strategy. You'll report to the Chief of Staff, work closely with sales, product, and marketing, and be one of the crucial specialists who decides what our partner ecosystem looks like in two years.
