Partnership Integration Solutions Engineer

EliseAI•San Francisco, CA
•$135,000 - $200,000•Onsite

About The Position

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at EliseAI, you'll scope, design, and launch the integrations that connect our partners' systems to our platform. You'll work directly with our partners’ engineering teams to understand their product, guide them through our APIs, and shape how our systems connect. Internally, you'll coordinate with partnerships, engineering, and product teams while staying the partner's technical point of contact from kickoff through launch. With each integration, you'll turn what you learn into patterns, docs, and tooling that make the next partner faster to launch. You'll be building with a team that ships quickly, while shaping our partner ecosystem and directly contributing to our growth. We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a partner or customer facing technical role, such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering in a high growth tech environment or an adjacent field
  • Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns. You can read and reason about code (Python or similar)
  • Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders, such as vendor or customer engineering teams
  • A track record of aligning cross-functional teams and explaining technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute on several projects at once
  • Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, getting to know their systems and workflows. Bring customers into the conversation when needed
  • Manage several integrations at once as the technical project manager, prioritizing across competing go-live dates and keeping partners moving toward launch
  • Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner, including how data flows between systems and which APIs are used. Build toward standard patterns so partners in the same category can launch faster
  • Own testing and launch readiness so integrations go live successfully, then monitor performance after launch to catch issues before partners or customers do
  • Identify gaps in our own APIs and work with Engineering and Product to scope and prioritize the right solutions
  • Contribute to our developer docs, playbooks, and tooling, and turn recurring partner pain points into improvements that help shape what we build next
