The Partnership Executive will represent a compelling investment proposition, funding the marketing, hiring, and operational engine for high-performing residential real estate agents. The role involves two main phases: Phase 1 focuses on sales and business development, including outbound calling, disciplined follow-up, and pipeline ownership to close new partner relationships through structured Zoom conversations. Phase 2 involves transitioning into an advisory and portfolio management role, running strategy sessions, driving accountability, and guiding partners toward growth decisions. The position offers an entrepreneurial path with opportunities to become a Contract Negotiator, build a Consulting Portfolio, or lead a division as Vice President.
