This role is not a typical sales job, but it starts with sales, requiring individuals who are wired to prospect, pitch, and close, and are sophisticated enough to act as a trusted business advisor to high-performing entrepreneurs. The company, Fusion Growth Partners, is an Inc. 5000 company that invests capital, staff, and infrastructure into the businesses of residential real estate agents to help them scale. The company funds their marketing, hires their staff, and builds their operational machine, earning a return from the revenue growth generated rather than a coaching fee. The role involves selling a business proposition of growth funding with no out-of-pocket cost to the client, backed by a proven model and a large team. The role has two phases: Phase 1 involves inside sales, prospecting, presenting, and closing new partner relationships through outbound outreach and structured sales conversations. Phase 2 involves advisory and portfolio management as the book of business grows, acting as a board-level advisor to partners, running strategy meetings, and driving accountability. This role offers an entrepreneurial path to build a business division within Fusion, with opportunities to become a Contract Negotiator, build a consulting portfolio, and potentially lead a division as Vice President. Compensation is commission-based with a typical first-year earning potential of $70,000, scaling to $250,000+ annually within three years, with uncapped commission tied to portfolio and division growth.
