We're looking to hire additional Partnership Executives to support our rapidly growing volume of new partnership investments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business investment partnerships through a focused inside sales approach.
  • Qualify potential business candidates and provide a detailed, personal explanation of our unique investment model.
  • Actively reach out, present services, and engage in compelling conversations to identify ideal partners.
  • Close deals as a Contract Negotiator, conducting Explanation of Investment and "Make A Deal" meetings.
  • Provide advisory services and coaching to clients as a Consultant / Business Coach, building your own book of clients.
  • Act as a "board member" or trusted advisor to the business owner, focusing on their success and business growth.
  • Encourage best practices and promote full adoption of Fusion's systems to maximize partner success.
  • Drive and advocate for partner success, ensuring their operations scale.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor other Partnership Executives within your own business division (in a Vice President role).
