About The Position

This role focuses on implementing operational strategies and standardization across QTS, with a specific emphasis on supporting college recruiting, internships, and Talent Acquisition (TA) Technologies. The position involves partnering with support teams to ensure legal compliance, managing recruitment-related technologies and reporting, and collaborating with technology teams to identify and resolve system challenges and conduct testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting remote customers.
  • One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
