About The Position

The Partner, Talent Acquisition – North America partners closely with retail leaders to source, attract and hire top talent in the most candidate-centric, innovative, and timely way. This position will lead best practice initiatives for Retail Recruitment across the West Coast supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience. The Partner, Talent Acquisition – North America must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with the in-market teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or related Human Resources role
  • A customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver an exceptional and high-touch candidate experience to both internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Creative, pro-active, and innovative approach to attracting top talent
  • Consistently striving for an all-inclusive approach to talent, to find & engage the best talent within the industry
  • Enthusiastic & passionate about luxury retail, its history, heritage, and craftsmanship
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
  • Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse luxury retail environment .

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Serves as an expert and advisor in conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to, verifying specifications of the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates, providing a high touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in the planning and execution of networking, recruiting and hiring events
  • Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics such as time to fill, new hire effectiveness, candidate experience, etc.
  • Support company Diversity Equity Inclusion Belonging initiatives.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on driving employment brand marketing and other best practices as it relates to the NorthWest and SouthWest markets.
  • Provide and ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Provide input on process improvement opportunities through consistent collaboration.
  • Leverage data analytics, insights, and external networking events better understand the external market as well any internal improvements needed to hire talent effectively and efficiently.
