About The Position

American First Finance (AFF), a subsidiary of FirstCash Holdings, is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Partner Support Specialist to support and grow an established portfolio of merchant partners. The specialist serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts and helps merchants maximize financing program utilization, increase funded volume, and achieve business success. The role involves building long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment and supporting merchant performance through account management, training, outreach, and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience achieving sales, service, or account management goals.
• Excellent relationship-building and face-to-face communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in consumer finance, merchant services, retail operations, or account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
• Drive utilization and funded volume growth within an assigned territory.
• Conduct in-store visits, virtual meetings, and outbound outreach to support merchant performance.
• Train and coach merchant staff on financing programs and best practices.
• Ensure marketing materials are properly displayed and updated at partner locations.
• Promptly resolve merchant concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and territory plans.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Training, and other departments to support business objectives.
