About The Position

OneDigital is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Partner Success Project Manager to lead HRIS and payroll system projects for existing clients from kickoff through completion. This person must be methodical, proactive, and accountable—someone who can manage multiple moving pieces, follow through on every detail, and keep projects advancing with urgency and precision. The ideal candidate is someone who does not wait to be told what to do, communicates clearly, anticipates needs, and consistently completes work fully, accurately, and on time. This role partners closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver a high-quality client experience and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another business-related field
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience required
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and office equipment
  • Proven facility in customer service and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Positive and motivating interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work onsite and attend onsite and client meetings as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready experience desired

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive HRIS and payroll system projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects stay on track, on scope, and on deadline.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and next steps with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to remove roadblocks and keep deliverables moving forward.
  • Lead project meetings, provide timely status updates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately, and with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Deliver training for new UKG clients, including system overviews, and provide training when client points of contact change.
  • Support certain implementation-related projects and complete implementation tickets as needed.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Research and resolve client and system issues, document special requests accurately, and maintain strong follow-up through completion.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, agencies, and colleagues to reinforce a high-service, dependable partner experience.
  • Provide backup support to the Implementation team and assist with additional projects as needed.
  • Perform special projects and other work-related duties as assigned.
