As we continue to expand our global footprint and market share, we are looking for individuals who want to be a part of this successful journey. We are looking for an individual who wants to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as a Partner Success Manager- Working Capital. In this quota carrying role, you will serve as a driving force in PEAC’s direct to customer sales initiatives, by conducting outbound and inbound discovery calls with customers to understand their needs and position the appropriate financing product.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Sales/Business Development or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly with customers
  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving to close business

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MCA/Working Capital Product preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of high-value customer accounts, building relationships with customers to drive application flow
  • Continuously grow and refresh the book of business through other business development activities
  • Solicit and close application opportunities, including pitching and negotiating terms, while overcoming objectives
  • Obtain necessary information to have the application approved and booked in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Credit Department on new originations
  • Maintain clean data in SFDC on leads, prospects, and customer accounts
  • Monitor and follow up on completed customer applications
  • Become a subject matter expert in PEAC’s product features and benefits and have ability to articulate the information clearly to customers
  • Achieve established target activity and volume goals for monthly quota attainment
