About the position
The Partner Success Manager at Osso VR will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business strategy and success metrics. They will have a deep understanding of customers' objectives and articulate how Osso VR's solution supports those goals, driving increased utilization and VR launch performance. The role involves creating strategic deployment guidance, working with account management and client services, building strong customer relationships, and representing the voice of the customer. The Partner Success Manager will also provide support for pre-sales activities, education activities, and collect customer feedback for product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with client executives, champions, and stakeholders
- Ensure activities are closely aligned with business strategy and intended success metrics
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives
- Identify and articulate how our solution supports the achievement of those goals
- Drive increased utilization and VR launch performance throughout the customer life
- Understand the 'health' of our customers and ensure they mature and grow
- Create, analyze, and deliver strategic deployment guidance illustrating Osso's value
- Guide partner's experience and link results to the partner's key business objectives
- Work with Account Management and Client Services on implementation of VR into customer operations
- Provide ongoing support and business reviews
- Build strong customer relationships with leaders and users
- Share deep product knowledge about optimizing the use and adoption of our products and tools
- Work with partners on planning, training, best practices, and execution
- Own the overall relationship with assigned clients
- Focus on growing adoption and ensuring retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Assist Sales team in pre-sales activities such as Business Value Assessment preparation, licensing recommendations, and product demos
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform the sales process and product roadmap
- Share success outcomes and stories for up-sell or at-risk renewals
- Provide support for customers' education activities, major events, and conferences
- Collect customer engagement and product feedback for the Product Team to drive greater adoption and engagement
