Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting within the software, cloud, or AI sectors.
• Minimum of five years of technical experience across contact center technologies, including Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-powered customer experience architectures.
• Current industry-recognized certification in Collaboration (e.g., CCIE Collaboration).

• Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in cross-functional forums, with a proven track record of providing strategic guidance on complex technical initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to distill intricate concepts into compelling presentations for diverse audiences, ranging from executive stakeholders to technical engineering teams.

• Empower partners through comprehensive technical enablement programs that transform them into self-sufficient advocates for our cloud contact center solutions.
• Design sophisticated, scalable architectural frameworks that address unique customer pain points and demonstrate the tangible value of our integrated technology stack.
• Influence future product roadmaps by aggregating critical field feedback, ensuring our engineering teams prioritize features that maintain our competitive edge in the market.
• Champion a collaborative culture that bridges the gap between partner strategy and technical execution to drive long-term customer success and sustainable business expansion.
