The Partner Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting SHI's expanding Services organization by assisting teams that deliver IT services to customers. This position involves interacting with Customers, Sales, Operations, and external Subcontractors to ensure the successful deployment and management of technology. The coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end support for IT delivery projects, from kick-off to close, ensuring accurate and timely billing and the delivery of services with excellence.
