About The Position

The Diversion Hub is a comprehensive, one-stop network dedicated to assisting justice-involved individuals in Oklahoma City by harnessing the power of multiple support agencies through combined and synchronized services. Our goal is to provide life-stabilizing resources while empowering individuals to reduce their encounters with the criminal justice system through enhanced support services, including case management, data integration and coordinated communication under one roof. The Community Partner Coordinator will be responsible for providing oversight and support to Diversion Hub’s embedded community partners.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in social work, communication, criminal justice, political science or similar human service area.
  • Clearance of background
  • Must have own transportation for site
  • Valid driver's license and insurance on motor vehicle in accordance with state law and agency requirements.
  • Intermediate computer, mobile device, and internet skills with knowledge of software programs including but not limited to: Windows and Microsoft Office Products Cloud-based File Sharing such as Google Drive and Dropbox Adobe Products Client Databases Salesforce
  • Must be able to sit over long periods of time and be able to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl climb stairs, lift and or move items of up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to manually operate and use a computer.
  • Must be able to clearly hear and understand telephone conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for embedded partners.
  • Developing and facilitating monthly staff meetings with community partners to discuss service delivery and outcomes.
  • Promoting accountability from embedded partners’ services and reporting mechanisms.
  • Supporting partner agencies’ data tracking systems.
  • Coordinating and representing Diversion Hub at networking and community events.
  • Leading the training and onboarding processes for new embedded partners.
  • Providing frequent updates to staff about community partners’ events, projects, and milestones.
  • Facilitating the integration of embedded partners as members of the Diversion Hub community.
  • Supporting other office-wide events and initiatives as needed.
  • Actively promoting a positive environment and consciously applying our mission.
  • Cultivating, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with embedded partners’ home agencies.
  • Assisting with supervision and coordination of volunteers, interns, and community service participants.
  • Acting as an ongoing liaison between partners’ home agencies and Diversion Hub’s staff.
  • Facilitating meetings with Diversion Hub to learn of needed resources to assist clients and partners.
  • Engaging with community agencies to continually keep Diversion Hub aware of new programming and resources to support our client’s success.
