About The Position

The Partner Services Accountant position is responsible for preparing financial reports, journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis, and financial projects to ensure accurate financial reporting for the Dominium. This role also supports some Treasury Management duties such as monitoring daily cash and preparing wires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of one year of accounting or relevant professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately compile and calculate financial data, including totals, percentages, and variances.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Treasury Management duties including monitoring daily cash availability, managing Treasury Management requests, reviewing and transmitting wire transfers, and reviewing and approving accounts payable.
  • Serves as a project-focused resource by initiating, preparing, reviewing, and revising projects prior to submission to the Supervisor.
  • Supports month-end procedures, interest statement preparation, performing cascades within the system, recording cash activity, and Surplus Cash reporting.
  • Supports the Accounting Department by performing or directing authorized accounting functions necessary to ensure effective operations and fulfilling other duties as assigned by Accounting Management.
  • Shows initiative and flexibility by going above and beyond standard responsibilities to assist with special projects when needed.
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned
  • Position is mainly project based; responsible for initiating, preparing, reviewing, and revising projects prior to being sent to the Supervisor. The projects include, but are not limited to: Month end procedures, Interest statement preparation, Performing cascades within the system, Recording cash activity, Surplus Cash reporting.
  • Perform and/or direct any and all other authorized accounting functions necessary to ensure the proper and effective operation of the Accounting Department and fulfill other duties that may be assigned by Accounting Management.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond normal responsibilities when assistance is needed on special projects.
