The Role The Partner Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational backbone of the partner ecosystem. This role ensures a seamless partner experience across quoting, renewals, onboarding, and lifecycle management, while driving efficiency through process excellence and continuous improvement. This individual partners cross-functionally with the Partner Team, Deal Enablement, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Technology Partnerships, and Finance to drive operational rigor, visibility, and consistency across all partner-facing processes, while helping operationalize evolving partner program initiatives.
