About The Position

We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to help rapidly scale our gym footprint. The PSM will join as a key member of the Supply Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding monthly targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator who is not afraid to cold call, listens actively, and builds rapport with partners through empathy and understanding.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box problem-solver who can devise innovative solutions to meet partner needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce and email marketing tools.
  • Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, works seamlessly with others, and helps drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Located and available to work remotely in Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, understanding pricing and product differentiators so you can clearly communicate Wellpass’ unique value.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner’s onboarding is a success.
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
