We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager I to join our growing Partner Sales organization. This high-impact, flexible role is responsible for driving revenue growth across regions and pods by executing partner-attached deals wherever coverage is needed. Rather than owning a fixed territory, this Partner Sales Manager I provides surge capacity across the organization - stepping into pods when an colleague is out, absorbing excess deal volume, and ensuring partner-attached opportunities close cleanly regardless of region. It’s worth being precise about the distinction between our two partner-facing roles, because they are different jobs: PAMs (Partner Account Managers) are partner-facing. They own and develop the business around a specific partner — building the joint plan, the relationship, and the long-term motion with that partner. RPMs (Regional Partner Managers) are partner-agnostic. They execute partner-attached deals in their region or pod, working with whatever partner is on a given deal. RPMs are about deal execution, not partner development. This role is deal-execution focused, but with the added expectation of mobility across pods and regions. This is a deal-execution role, not a partner-development or operations role.
