Our partner program facilitates mutually beneficial relationships that help our customers gain better access to the services they need. We offer a variety of partner levels to optimize our support of third party vendors and products. The Partner Relationship Manager I is the strategic interface between partners and Alkami. Responsibilities include identifying new partner products, ensuring the Alkami sales team is equipped to sell partner products, aligning Alkami product managers with partners, and the overall success of partnerships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Partner Manager, building and managing and Partner relationships with SaaS companies focused on the financial services space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with managing, selling or deploying software for Banks
  • Team player experienced in working with different company verticals
  • Experience and comfort level working with leaders at companies ranging from startup to the fortune 500
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong business acumen and negotiation abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting / P&L with the ability to build out financial models and present to executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Identify and promote strategic business partners to the Head of Partnerships that will enhance the Alkami product suite and meet the needs of customers and prospects
  • Work with partners to identify opportunities to increase sales efficiencies and maximize the value of partner products to both prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Work with the Alkami sales team to identify whitespace and scope opportunities to increase sales of partner products
  • Interface with the Alkami product team to ensure partner products have the proper support from the engineering and product teams
  • Work closely with the Alkami compliance, sales, support and legal teams to onboard new partners and partner products
  • Ensure partners are onboarded and integrated into the Alkami product development lifecycle
  • Help identify target contract terms for Alkami with partners
  • Ability to navigate through partners support and escalation process to resolution
