Partner Relationship Manager, Systems Integrator

Anduril•Columbia, WA
•$166,000 - $220,000

About The Position

The Partner Relationship Manager owns 2–3 strategic Systems Integrator (SI) relationships end to end within Anduril’s Connected Warfare Partner Growth team. Strategic SIs serve as primary integrators into the Department of Defense, co-developers of complex solutions, and co-sellers on important pursuits. The role is the single point of accountability for partner pipeline, joint pursuits, integration delivery, and executive alignment. Although the manager does not personally perform every supporting task, they are accountable for partner outcomes. The role involves regular work with SI partner field teams, Anduril account executives, and internal teams across functions. It requires significant time at SI partner offices in the National Capital Region and at customer sites where partners deliver solutions; it is not a work-from-home Salesforce role. Each quarter, every assigned strategic SI partner must achieve at least one of the following: closed revenue, a live integration in a customer’s hands, or a launch-ready joint market moment. The manager defines the quarterly outcome and ensures delivery. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance and must be a U.S. Person because the role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities. The role requires 30–50% travel, concentrated in the National Capital Region and at SI partner offices and customer sites across the Department of Defense. The U.S. base salary range is $166,000–$220,000. Full-time offers generally include competitive equity grants, and Anduril offers a competitive benefits package to full-time employees.
