The Partner Recruiting Senior Manager – Talent Identification is a key member of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will lead proactive lateral partner and counsel search efforts globally, working closely with department leadership and colleagues across the Partner Recruiting and Research & Analysis teams. The Senior Manager will oversee and project manage the firm’s proactive search activity, foster internal collaboration, and drive the development and delivery of market maps and related research materials to support these initiatives. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
