The Partner Program Manager role is responsible for leading Sales and Marketing Programs, driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, and designing and executing the Bosch Home Comfort PRO partner program across the United States and Canada to support sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in marketing, sales, account management, and/or customer service
  • Highly customer-focused and oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Clear communicator with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Project management and organization skills with ability to complete projects and tasks on time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic approach to the program that allows us to be competitive in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for partner programs and promotions
  • Develop materials to promote program benefits and resources
  • Collaborate with third-party partners and with stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participation
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders important updates, reminders, and launches related to partner programs
  • Track key-performance-indicators (KPIs) and report/present to leadership
  • Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teams
  • Manage certain administrative aspects of program execution, including but not limited to purchase orders, invoices, rewards inventory tracking, forms processing
  • Maintain program portal
  • Support in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or training
  • Travel expectations ~20%
