About The Position

Plusgrade, a leading travel technology company, is seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Partner Operations Manager! The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and integration of our platform for new clients. You won't just be "onboarding"—you will be architecting the partner’s first experience with our technology. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Project Management and Technical Operations, requiring a sharp eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex integrations in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact during the transition from contract signature to go-live, ensuring that all technical configurations and partner training are met accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in technical onboarding, implementation management, or client-side project delivery (Must).
  • Experience using project management and analytics tools to drive daily tasks; An early adopter of new technology, comfortable within a tech stack that leverages AI to automate and streamline the partner onboarding journey.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical requirements and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a focus on data accuracy and the ability to manage multiple high-priority implementations simultaneously.
  • A logical approach to resolving technical and logistical challenges during the deployment phase.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Degree is a must

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full onboarding lifecycle for new partners, serving as the functional lead for all launch-related activities.
  • Define implementation timelines, manage project milestones, and ensure both internal teams and external stakeholders meet delivery deadlines.
  • Execute technical uploads, data mapping, and platform configurations to align with partner specifications and business requirements.
  • Execute the end-to-end onboarding workflow using Salesforce Service Cloud, Retool, and Monday.com, while leveraging Mixpanel, Smartlook, and Metabase to track partner progress and ensure a smooth technical integration.
  • Facilitate technical training sessions to ensure partner teams are proficient in the platform ahead of their launch date.
  • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to troubleshoot implementation hurdles and optimize the onboarding toolkit for efficiency.
