About The Position

You are the person who transforms a commercial agreement into an operational reality, ensuring a partner’s technical integration becomes their first strategic advantage. You will own the complete onboarding lifecycle, guiding our airline and hospitality partners through technical configurations and project launches. Your day-to-day involves coordinating key milestones between product and R&D teams to resolve complex blockers while keeping the partner aligned on delivery goals. Because AI now proactively identifies partner health signals and optimization opportunities, your focus stays on the strategic decisions and logistical problem-solving that require human judgment. You will build repeatable processes that allow Plusgrade to scale without sacrificing data accuracy or the partner experience.

Requirements

Proven ability to replace recurring manual work with self-built and refined automated workflows.
Ability to differentiate between AI output that can be trusted and output that requires human judgment.
Ability to navigate technical complexity without hand-holding.
Capability to translate complex requirements into clear action plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Unmatched operational rigor, managing multiple high-priority implementations simultaneously without compromising configuration accuracy.
Proven track record in technical onboarding or client-side project delivery.
Natural problem-solver who spots risks before they become issues.
Acts as the central pivot between contract signature and go-live.
