About The Position
The Partner Onboarding Readiness & Operations Specialist works under general supervision and independently most of the time. The role serves as a first point of reference for day-to-day queries and liaises with related areas. It requires broad and in-depth knowledge of the chosen field and strong knowledge of related areas. The specialist carries out relatively complex, extensive, and high-profile activities, including direct interaction with committees and senior management. The position may lead projects and/or train lower-level staff, and focuses on maintaining and implementing functional policies and procedures while developing toward becoming an area expert. Candidates should have good project management and communication skills, strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry, and technology, and five or more years of related business experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
