About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how its consulting partners are presented in the market. This role involves owning the end-to-end strategy and narrative for the partner ecosystem, positioning partners as essential guides for customers transitioning to the “Agentic Enterprise.” The position requires clarity, credibility, and creativity to help internal teams and external customers understand the competitive differentiation of the consulting partner ecosystem. The individual will define the strategic 'why' and 'when' of partner engagement and creatively bring it to life, ensuring a clear, consistent, and differentiated partner-first story at every touchpoint. This includes reimagining how partner value is messaged, designed, and delivered to market, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, GTM, Events, and the partner ecosystem to simplify complex services and delivery concepts into impactful messages for customer conversations, seller materials, and major Salesforce events and global campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Define and simplify how the value of the ecosystem is communicated, covering Agentforce implementation, AI services, and platform-agnostic advisory and delivery work.
  • Create messaging focused on business outcomes, speed to value, and reduced risk, moving beyond technical jargon to illustrate how partners enable the 'Agentic Enterprise'.
  • Apply a content designer's sensibility to all assets, considering visual hierarchy, flow, and experience.
  • Partner with Cloud PMMs and GTM teams to integrate consulting partners into the broader Salesforce story.
  • Lead end-to-end strategy for the primary partner-led success campaign, from messaging framework and creative approach to integrated marketing execution.
  • Bring creative ambition to the role, exploring new ways to frame, tell, and visualize the partner story and challenging conventional messaging.
  • Partner closely with the channel strategy team to translate campaign strategy, messaging, and positioning into effective channel execution.
  • Contribute to channel optimization with a digital marketing sensibility for content packaging and delivery.
  • Transform the best partner stories from submission to podcasts and major event stages like Dreamforce.
  • Shape the presence of the Consulting Partner ecosystem at Dreamforce, World Tours, Salesforce+, and field events.
  • Identify appropriate partner stories, speakers, and demos to showcase customer outcomes supported by the ecosystem, maintaining message simplicity.
  • Create simple, practical enablement materials (decks, talk tracks, FAQs, playbooks) that are useful for field teams.
  • Help sellers and internal teams understand unique partner value drivers and provide clear paths for ecosystem engagement.
  • Build and activate a thought leadership engine leveraging technology influencers, analysts, customers, and partners.
  • Partner with PR to convert partner-led customer transformations into market-shaping thought leadership, emphasizing credibility through expertise.
  • Support operationalizing product marketing for the ecosystem to ensure consistent messaging as the business grows.
  • Balance flexibility with focus, keeping the partner story simple despite the expanding Agentforce portfolio.
  • Continuously explore new GTM approaches, content formats, and messaging angles to reframe industry perception of the partner ecosystem.
  • Pilot new ideas for communicating partner value, including experimental content series, new event formats, and novel digital placements.
