About The Position

Loop is an ecommerce software company serving over 5,000 of the best brands on Shopify. We power critical parts of the shopping experience, ensuring customers have confidence in their orders. The Partner Marketing team builds assets, education, and feedback loops to enable agency, technology, and logistics partners to solve brand challenges with Loop, fueling referrals and expanding Loop's footprint. We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own partner enablement and communications, reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager. This role will work cross-functionally to translate Loop's product story into formats partners can use. Loop operates on a Blended Working Environment, with employees distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. This position requires the candidate to be located in the United States.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience with a SaaS company or agency with ecommerce clients in the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
  • Default to action, shipping quickly while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and ad-hoc requests.
  • Natural curiosity with AI and other new technologies; experience experimenting with tools for workflow automation, content acceleration, and skill-building.
  • A maker's instinct for turning complex product information into clean, consumable assets.
  • A storyteller fluent in data, excited about bringing technical product stories to life and using data to show impact.
  • Strong alignment with Loop's core values: own the outcome, make merchants successful, courage over comfort, and be a human first.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with partner marketing or enablement.
  • Experience building a Claude skill before.

Responsibilities

  • Equip partners to pitch and support Loop with confidence by building and maintaining partner-facing content (slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, tech integration enablement).
  • Develop Claude skills and templates to scale asset creation, response to merchant questions, and product updates for Partner Managers and partners.
  • Maintain Loop top-of-mind through consistent communications like newsletters, product updates, and partner-facing content to maximize value for clients, drive referrals, and partner engagement.
  • Translate Loop's product roadmap and launches into partner-ready education.
  • Prioritize, source, and write mutual customer case studies demonstrating the value of Loop + partners using data.
  • Triage and respond to ad-hoc partner marketing requests from Partner Managers and partners with speed and quality.
  • Support planning and execution of partner-focused events, including Loop's annual Partner Summit, partner dinners, and relationship-building moments.
