The Partner Marketing Manager will play a key role in advancing Instinct’s partner program, balancing the needs of partners and initiatives while building a model that scales and maximizes the impact of marketing execution through these channels. This position will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and engaging in co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners, referral partners, and associations to drive measurable growth to sales pipeline and bookings. This role requires strong planning and execution skills and an ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging both internal stakeholders and partners to deliver results. You will be a trusted partner for sales, product management, product marketing, customer success, and the marketing team to generate buy-in and accelerate company-wide results. You will be responsible for communicating with partners, driving alignment and execution of Instinct’s marketing campaigns, report on marketing results, and preparing quarterly marketing plans and summaries.
