About The Position

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing team to drive strategic growth across our global partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact marketing initiatives, top-tier enablement efforts, and consistent communications designed to increase Horizon3.ai partner awareness, drive demand, and deliver measurable success. A successful candidate should have proven experience working with a diverse partner ecosystem including Distributors, Resellers, MSP/MSSPs, and Alliances, owning and managing a variety of responsibilities including demand generation activities, channel enablement and development of partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and executing global co-marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple "big rock" initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into partner value and revenue opportunities.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign ROI and pipeline funnel metrics
  • Ability and willingness to travel to support campaigns as needed.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), Webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24), and PRM platforms (Allbound/Unifyr).

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and report on performance-driven incentive programs, including rebates and SPIFFs, that drive partner behavior throughout the sales cycle.
  • Own the Partner experience of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform including content management, journey building, and page design.
  • Execute program launches, such as the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and the Global Partner Conference (GPC), to drive executive-level alignment and roadmap influence.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and Field Marketers to develop and execute quarterly joint marketing plans that drive partner-sourced pipeline with Tier 1 partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and execute localized webinar series and regional campaigns that enable partners to capture market share and accelerate deal velocity within their specific territories.
  • Manage annual partner awards and appreciation programs to celebrate elite performance and foster long-term loyalty within the global ecosystem.
  • Develop "campaign-in-a-box" packages, tactical playbooks, and partner templates that empower partners to drive demand and monetize Horizon3.ai product offerings.
  • Own the global partner communication strategy, including monthly newsletters, quarterly webinars, and automated nurture tracks.
  • Facilitate ongoing partner engagement through a variety of channels including recurring webinar series, targeted ads, and partner campaigns to ensure partners are proficient in the Horizon3.ai narrative and platform updates.
