The company has consistently exceeded its revenue targets quarter over quarter and is accelerating its growth with an ambitious, customer-focused product roadmap. Following a $122M USD Series D funding, Blue J is in an exciting phase of scale and is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support its partner marketing efforts with creativity, strategy, and strong execution. This is a hybrid position, requiring applicants to be within driving distance of Toronto for in-person meetings 1-2 times per quarter, and all candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. The role seeks a collaborative, highly organized individual with a genuine love for marketing and building meaningful connections. This manager will play a key part in shaping how Blue J shows up in the market through partnerships with professional associations and member-based organizations, including state societies and similar groups. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end partner marketing efforts across various campaigns, serving as the main marketing point of contact for partners, and working closely with the events, sales, and partnerships teams to build strong relationships, track performance, and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on partner marketing or channel marketing.
  • Proven experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • A genuine love for marketing and a passion for creating impactful, partner-driven experiences.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships, thriving in cross-functional environments and partner-facing roles.
  • Strong project management skills - organized and capable of prioritizing across multiple initiatives.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision with executional excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize co-branded partner marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, and more), in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Manager to drive sponsorship strategy for in-person, partner-hosted events across the US and Canada, partnering with the Events team on execution; lead webinars end-to-end, including planning, promotion, and delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner marketing teams, building strategic relationships that lead to high-impact collaboration.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on support to partners across various initiatives and correspondence.
  • Contribute to the partner marketing budget and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs and marketing analytics.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and our broader Marketing team to align goals and execute campaigns smoothly.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to scale campaigns, while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
