About The Position

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to establish and lead marketing for the reseller track of its Claude Partner Network globally. Reseller partners sell Claude directly to end customers, and this role will build the marketing strategy, standards, playbooks, and tier-advancement path that help partners develop their Claude practices. As the first dedicated marketer for the reseller track, the lead will shape the function as it grows and coordinate programs across regions and agency partners. The role works across Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Legal, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, Communications, and the field. It connects partner activity with Anthropic’s direct sales motion, builds partner-led campaigns and co-marketing programs, manages marketing development funds, supports partner progression through tier reviews, and defines measurement and reporting for pipeline, reseller revenue, and campaign return on investment. The position also supports customer stories, joint announcements, partner communications, and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience owning marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, including setting priorities and investment decisions.
  • Experience building and running co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners, including managing partner-funded budgets such as MDF or co-op funds and reporting ROI.
  • Experience sourcing and managing agencies or contractors across multiple regions, including scoping work, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience running marketing programs across multiple international markets.
  • Understanding of indirect sales motions, including how partners find, register, and close deals, and ability to create marketing for partner sellers and end customers.
  • Ability to build joint plans and value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for customers.
  • Experience defining success measures for a partner or channel program and using results to change investment decisions.
  • Skill tracking program performance in a CRM or equivalent system and turning data into clear recommendations.
  • Clear, precise writing skills and ability to uphold brand and approval standards for partner-produced copy.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams and advance priorities with partners who are not direct reports.
  • Ability to make and defend decisions with incomplete data and know when to escalate.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage several partner plans while maintaining quality.
  • Comfort building new processes from scratch in an environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Ownership of outcomes and willingness to step in wherever needed.
  • Care about the societal impacts of AI and enthusiasm for enabling responsible AI adoption.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Required field of study: A field relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
