About The Position

This role sits at the heart of partner growth and long-term success, serving as a trusted advisor to agencies and strategic partners. The Partner Manager will drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction by equipping partners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to maximize platform value. Operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this role blends relationship management, enablement, and data-driven insights to strengthen partnerships at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, solve challenges, and support partner independence. Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or a related technology-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in training delivery, public speaking, and workshop facilitation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into clear, value-focused recommendations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment while balancing efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of agency and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive partner engagement and platform adoption through tailored enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve challenges, align priorities, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Translate partner feedback, usage data, and performance metrics into actionable insights to support retention and expansion.
  • Lead regular business reviews to highlight value delivered, performance outcomes, and optimization opportunities.
  • Promote new features, best practices, and self-service tools to increase partner proficiency and independence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on content strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-facing resources.
  • Represent the organization in webinars, virtual events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and visibility.
