About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact go-to-market (GTM) decisions within a managed sales organization. The GTM Strategy Partner will combine strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities, shape sales strategies, and optimize customer targeting. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure initiatives are actionable and measurable, while providing executive-ready recommendations that inform planning, prioritization, and performance evaluation. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to drive tangible revenue outcomes through strategy, analytics, and execution guidance. You will help translate complex data into structured insights, bridge strategy into repeatable field execution, and contribute to a culture of high accountability and results. This position requires navigating ambiguity, influencing without direct authority, and delivering clarity in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, BizOps, or similar analytical roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Sheets or Excel, and working knowledge of Tableau and SQL.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into structured analyses, actionable insights, and clear business recommendations.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing leadership-facing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across complex, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting opportunity sizing, funnel analysis, or coverage design.
  • Ability to operate with high ownership, navigate ambiguity, and provide clarity in evolving environments.
  • Experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, or Sales Programs within a SaaS environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with propensity modeling, customer scoring, programmatic GTM motions, AI market insights, and field engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured, data-driven analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and focus areas within target customer segments.
  • Lead problem framing and insight generation behind GTM decisions, including customer targeting, segmentation, and prioritization.
  • Translate analytical findings into executive-ready recommendations that shape GTM strategies, Sales Plays, and investment priorities.
  • Design analytical frameworks, dashboards, and decision models in partnership with Analytics teams to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Provide strategic inputs to Program Managers to guide the design and iteration of repeatable Sales Plays.
  • Act as a thought partner to sales and strategy leaders, stress-testing assumptions and elevating insight-driven perspectives.
