Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or similar fields
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with advanced analytics tools
  • Proficiency in BI visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets to derive insights
  • Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
  • Standardize global and regional common processes that are currently decentralized
  • Conduct deep dives into key performance metrics to understand business performance
  • Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges
  • Identify new opportunities for productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
  • Participate in defining go-to-market approaches and regular business planning
  • Run analysis on key performance metrics and provide insights for managing the business
  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, collaborating with internal teams
  • Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and key business growth updates
  • Manage bespoke projects and effectively engage with stakeholders
