About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives with integrator and technology partners to expand market reach, generate demand, and strengthen partner engagement. You will serve as the primary marketing liaison for key partners, translating high-level business priorities into actionable programs, campaigns, and performance metrics. This position combines strategy, execution, and analytics, requiring a balance of creative planning and hands-on campaign management. You will collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success while supporting account-based marketing, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to influence partner success, optimize marketing processes, and contribute directly to overall business growth. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–3 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing
  • Experience working with integrator, reseller, or technology partners in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder marketing programs and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding of partner GTM motions, including co-selling, co-marketing, and ABM strategies
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (webinars, content, events, digital campaigns)
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and partner engagement metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to represent the company in partner-facing conversations
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with integrator and technology partners, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners, leading meetings, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring outcomes
  • Manage partner portal engagement, including content, certifications, users, and permissions
  • Translate GTM priorities into actionable partner marketing plans and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint value propositions, messaging, and positioning for partner solutions
  • Support partner-aligned product launches, including content creation, campaign execution, and go-to-market activities
  • Execute account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Marketing teams
  • Plan and manage awareness, thought leadership, and demand-generation initiatives with partners
  • Track, measure, and report on partner marketing performance, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing scalability, consistency, and repeatability through playbooks, templates, and processes
