About The Position

Antavo is expanding its partner ecosystem in North America and is looking for a Partner Manager to own and scale partner-sourced pipeline and revenue in said region.. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with System Integrators, agencies, MarTech vendors, and consulting partners, who understands how to turn partnerships into real commercial outcomes, not just logos, co-marketing, or events. You will be accountable for building, enabling, and activating partners to consistently generate qualified opportunities for the sales team, while helping shape Antavo’s NA partner strategy as the market scales.

Requirements

  • Commercially driven with a clear revenue mindset
  • Proven experience building partner-sourced pipeline in B2B SaaS
  • Background in MarTech, Loyalty, CRM, Commerce, or CX platforms
  • Experience working with agencies and/or System Integrators
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-sell motions
  • Hands-on experience tracking pipeline and activity in HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years experience in Partnerships / Alliances roles
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise brands
  • Exposure to global or multi-regional partner programs
  • Prior experience in loyalty, personalization, or data-driven marketing platforms

Responsibilities

  • US Partner Relationship & Revenue Ownership
  • Execute Antavo’s global partner strategy in the NA market
  • Own a partner-sourced pipeline target and be accountable for partner-influenced revenue
  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential partners across:
  • System Integrators
  • Digital & CRM agencies
  • Martech / Commerce / CDP vendors
  • Loyalty & CX consultants
  • Prioritize partners based on ICP alignment and revenue potential, not volume
  • Partner Activation & Enablement
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders (sales, alliances, delivery)
  • Overall ability to enable partners with:
  • Clear value propositions
  • Use cases and positioning
  • Sales playbooks and enablement materials
  • Work closely with Antavo Sales to:
  • Co-sell opportunities
  • Align on account strategy
  • Support deal progression where appropriate
  • Partner Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Plan and execute partner-led GTM activities, including:
  • Co-hosted events (IRL & virtual)
  • Webinars, podcasts, and roundtables
  • Joint content and campaigns
  • Track and report on all partner marketing activity using HubSpot
  • Analyze what works, double down on high-performing partners, and cut low-ROI activity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:
  • Sales (pipeline & account alignment)
  • Marketing (campaigns, content, events)
  • Product (partner feedback & roadmap insight)
  • Professional Services (delivery alignment)
  • Contribute to the evolution of Antavo’s Partner Program, processes, and tooling
  • Regular travel within across NA to meet partners in person
  • Occasional international travel for global partner alignment
