About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, enterprise-wide programs with a focus on high-impact payment initiatives. The Program Manager will work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, compliance, finance, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that initiatives are delivered with clarity, rigor, and accountability. This position requires translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholders across multiple functions. You will shape program governance, streamline processes, and provide executive-level updates, all while driving outcomes in an environment characterized by scale and ambiguity. The role offers exposure to distributed teams, innovative financial workflows, and tools that support automation and efficiency. This is a high-visibility position with the ability to influence organizational effectiveness and customer-facing operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Strong program and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including dependency tracking, risk management, and documentation discipline.
  • Experience with distributed or remote teams.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, Box, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification or coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans and maintain a clear overview of dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability, ensuring coordination, communication, and follow-through across all stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, aligning priorities and maintaining shared understanding across functions.
  • Establish governance cadences, document decisions, and provide concise, executive-ready status updates.
  • Optimize program efficiency by leveraging PMO, Lean principles, and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
