About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled project management professional to lead and deliver complex technology and integration projects for a diverse client base. You will manage multiple customer-facing initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, implementation engineers, and executive stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will leverage your technical knowledge, organizational skills, and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams and deliver value to clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and enjoys driving projects that contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably delivering cloud-based technology solutions
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with EDI, MFT, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including resources, schedules, and budgets
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with EDI, MFT, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, including strategic and customer-focused initiatives
  • Oversee project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring outcomes align with objectives
  • Lead project planning sessions, kickoffs, and regular status meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation engineers, business, and technical units
  • Track and communicate project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and success
  • Support the growth and maturity of the Project Management Office by sharing lessons learned and improving processes
