About The Position

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and own the strategy, performance, and growth of paid acquisition efforts. This role offers full ownership of paid media performance across multiple platforms, including Google and Meta, and provides the opportunity to shape the in-house paid media function. You will manage agency partners, drive internal execution, and identify new channels for growth. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in paid and performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with proven ability to drive measurable results.
  • Strong track record managing and scaling agency relationships.
  • Analytical and financially-minded, comfortable owning revenue and efficiency metrics.
  • Experience in bringing paid media operations in-house is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall paid media strategy and performance across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Lead and manage external paid media agencies, setting goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Review campaign results, challenge assumptions, and ensure strategies align with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Plan the transition from agency-led execution to in-house paid media operations, including campaign management, tooling, and process documentation.
  • Identify and test new paid channels (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator campaigns) with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Provide performance reporting, forecasting, and optimization across all paid channels, ensuring accurate attribution and data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams to translate business goals into actionable paid media strategies.
