Primal Kitchen is seeking a hands-on, analytical, and creative Paid Media Manager to lead full funnel paid campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. This role will manage in-house execution across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, CTV, OLV, and emerging channels, while also supporting Retail Media Network (RMN) campaigns in partnership with the Omni team. You’ll work closely with the creative team to ensure our media approach authentically represents our clean-eating mission while managing the day-to-day hands-on keyboard of our media investments by translating real-time data into media strategies that build brand awareness, grow household penetration, and drive measurable business impact.
