Strategy: Develop and lead digital paid media strategy — across paid social, paid search, affiliate, OTT/CT, etc. — supporting Stuart Weitzman Retail & Outlet sites.Strategize in partnership with Internal Cross-Functional Teams + Executive Leadership and External Media Agency. Identify and implement appropriate channel mix, evolving in real time based on results to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies. Strategize creative planning, championing innovation and best practices. Lead paid media test roadmap priorities including timeline, budget & execution. Budgeting: Build annual, monthly & daily forecast strategy in partnership with Internal Cross-Functional Teams + Executive Leadership and External Media Agency. Manage invoice processing & tracking to ensure all expenses match plan and are within budget. Manage budget shifts where needed based on business results and priorities (incremental opportunities, shifts based on results, etc.) Execution & Reporting: Go-to-Market: Brief, traffic & QA creative/copy assets between brand & agency to activate in market.Always-On Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics, media mix, and audience targeting to align with business objectives and maximize reach, as well as make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Hindsighting: Synthesize data, craft thoughtful reports, present reporting recaps, and provide actionable strategy recommendations, on a regular basis (annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly). Leadership: Act as key point person, subject matter expert, communicator, and team lead for Paid Media strategy, plans and results both internally (Marketing Team, Executive Leadership, Cross-Functional Partners) and externally (Agency, Key Channel Partners, etc.).
