Requirements

  • Able to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly nuanced environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audience stakeholders—from C-suite to entry-level contacts to technical analysts.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Client Service Delivery/Account Management role in a SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 2‐5 years’ experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts/Third Party Administrator (TPA) managed benefits/ or Health Plans, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • A proactive change agent who consistently demonstrates urgency, persistance, level-headedness, and a results-oriented approach, coupled with creative and analytical thinking.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to effectively prioritize client requests among technical teams, escalating when necessary.
  • Implement high-level strategies to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain client relationships by enhancing service delivery discussions, improving communications, and setting clear expectations through coordinated contract management, exceeding client needs with a proactive approach.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to Business Process Flows to optimize efficiency within the Alegeus application and functionality.
