About The Position

Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking a Partner Experience Coordinator to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for the volunteers and community partners who support our mission. This role is responsible for overseeing the volunteer journey from recruitment and onboarding through engagement, scheduling, training, and recognition. In addition, the Partner Experience Coordinator provides administrative, reporting, and database support to the Development Department to ensure strong systems and effective coordination across fundraising and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in volunteer coordination, administration, nonprofit operations, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, welcoming, and relationship-focused approach
  • Personal relationship with Jesus and willingness to sign and uphold or statement of faith

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with databases or CRM systems is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, placement, and scheduling
  • Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support to volunteers
  • Foster positive relationships with volunteers and community partners
  • Coordinate volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives
  • Track volunteer participation and maintain accurate records
  • Support donor acknowledgements and development administration
  • Assist with reporting, CRM maintenance, and fundraising support activities
