About The Position

As an Individual Insurance and Financial Services Consultant, you will be at the heart of strategic planning, representing the business line in major projects related to the digital evolution of our products and services. You will act as an expert advisor in the analysis of complex files, while ensuring rigorous coordination of project follow-up. You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication between operational teams and project managers. Your ability to simplify issues and foster mutual understanding will be essential to the success of the projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in individual insurance, financial services, and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience in projects related to digital transformation.
  • Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written, as well as advanced mastery of the English language, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or English-speaking suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert advisor for strategic planning projects, mandates, and activities related to your area of expertise, with significant scope and impact.
  • Ensure communication and information exchange between the Vice-Presidency - Individual Insurance and Financial Services, strategic projects, and operations.
  • Participate in various analyses to document proposed solutions, such as cost-benefit studies, business analyses, organizational impact analyses, and new work processes and/or methodologies with various centers of expertise.
  • Coordinate and produce accountability reports related to the activities of the Vice-Presidency - Individual Insurance and Financial Services.
  • Collaborate in identifying trends, challenges, and risks, and propose corrective actions and improvements.
  • Support teams in implementing revised processes until they are stabilized.
  • Represent the Vice-Presidency - Individual Insurance and Financial Services and its teams in meetings and committees.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems or complex situations that may arise within your mandates.
  • Identify and suggest metrics for measuring the benefits of various initiatives and participate in implementing mechanisms to track benefit realization.
  • Advise and support executive vice-presidents' managers in positioning, planning, developing, executing, and following up on the VP's and VPE's various strategic mandates.
  • Act as a resource person for the concerned Vice-Presidency in various projects.
