NiCE Public Safety is building its partner program from the ground up, with Evidencentral as the anchor product. This role is crucial for scaling the partner channel and is responsible for recruiting, activating, and growing relationships that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. The goal for the first year is to achieve $750K–$1M+ in partner-influenced ARR by building relationships with 50 named target partners across CAD/RMS resellers, case management platforms, and system integrators. This is a pure offense role focused on being in the market and building the program, not on administrative tasks.
