Partner Enablement Manager

About The Position

Netomi is seeking a high-energy, execution-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale its partner enablement function. This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of training, certification, and activation programs to establish Netomi as a preferred solution within its partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, the Manager will ensure partner teams are well-trained, incentivized, and motivated to promote and deliver Netomi solutions. This position is crucial for expanding Netomi's partner network, ensuring partners are not only trained but also actively engaged in driving significant revenue and customer impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
  • Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs
  • Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
  • High-energy and resilient
  • Passionate about customer experience (CX) and AI-driven transformation
  • A strong facilitator and communicator who can lead engaging trainings and workshops
  • Comfortable operating in complex environments and navigating organizational dynamics
  • Excited to build relationships with top consulting firms and global enterprises

Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners
  • Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
  • Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform
  • Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps
  • Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners
  • Ensure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded (“sticky†) within partner teams
  • Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners
  • Act as a key connector between partners and internal teams
  • Clearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners
  • Help structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathways
  • Support partner-led opportunities across strategic accounts
  • Own program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress
  • Navigate complex organizations and internal stakeholders to drive execution
  • Identify enablement gaps and proactively implement solutions
  • Work through ambiguity and remove friction to keep programs moving forward
