This role is for meticulous communicators who bring structure to complexity. We’ll rely on you to proactively identify gaps in our knowledge base, maintain content quality across the board, and ensure that everything we publish reflects a consistent, professional voice. As a Partner Education Specialist, you’ll work on Murmuration’s Help Center and the knowledge infrastructure that powers partner and internal training. Working closely with our Partner Training and Education Manager and our Partnership Success Team, you’ll create and maintain the content that helps partners and colleagues understand, adopt, and get the most out of our tools and data. Your day-to-day work will include writing and editing Help Center articles, preparing training materials, developing and enforcing a comprehensive style guide, translating technical work and words into easily understandable verbiage, and scripting video content.
