About The Position

This is a fast-moving, high-impact sales role focused on turning warm partner referrals into real opportunities. The role involves jumping on partner-referred leads quickly, qualifying them, running demos, and moving them into the sales pipeline. Speed, volume, and clean deal progression through the funnel are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate enjoys momentum and is motivated to act on good leads promptly.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales, BD, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or fintech is a plus)
  • Comfortable running demos and thinking on your feet
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Organized and disciplined; able to handle volume without chaos
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-starter who doesn’t wait around for direction
  • Team player who follows process and communicates

Responsibilities

  • Running demos and qualifying inbound leads
  • Taking demos booked by partners and turning them into real opportunities
  • Quickly assessing if a merchant is a fit and moving forward or moving on
  • Clearly explaining the product and handling questions without overcomplicating it
  • Handing off clean, well-documented opportunities to the sales team
  • Owning long-tail partner relationships
  • Staying in touch with partners who don’t have a dedicated manager
  • Keeping Biller Genie top of mind through consistent outreach
  • Answering questions, sharing updates, and making it easy for partners to send more business
  • Spotting partners with growth potential and flagging them for expansion
  • Keeping the funnel tight
  • Tracking every lead from referral to outcome in the CRM
  • Staying on top of follow-ups so nothing slips
  • Identifying where deals stall and helping to fix it
  • Sharing weekly numbers and insights with the team
